HUMBLE, Texas -- One of the teens accused of turning a human skull into a bong is going to jail for another crime.

On Wednesday, Kevin Jones pleaded guilty to credit card fraud. He will serve six months in state prison.

Houston Police

Kevin Jones is one of three teens accused of digging up a corpse and using its head to smoke marijuana.

It was authorities' investigation into the credit card fraud that eventually led to the discovery that someone had dug up a Humble-area grave. The gravediggers allegedly then used the skull of a 10-year-old boy, who died in the early 1900s, to smoke marijuana.

Jones and his friend Matthew Gonzalez still face abuse of a corpse charges.
