Child abduction alert issued for 6-year-old

The Comal County Sheriff's Office Wednesday issued a child abduction alert in their search for a 6-year-old child.
Sheriff's investigators say Jewel Noel Klein was picked up from school Tuesday by an unknown person and may be in danger. She was picked up from school in her grandmother's vehicle Tuesday after her grandmother was attacked in her home.
Investigators say they are still piecing together information, but they are searching for Tonya Renee Martin, who is described as white, 41 years old, 5' 2" tall, weighing 107 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. A warrant for aggravated assault has bee issued.
The child is described as white, 4' 0" tall, weighing 60 pounds and has blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a red plaid dress.
Martin may be driving a blue 2005 Hyundai Sonata with TX license plates 404-ZNM. She was last heard from in Spring Branch, Texas. It's unknown where she was going.
